Yayen is one of the wisest people I have ever met. She is a deep and understanding listener, and her calm voice reflects zero judgement no matter what you are telling her. She is intelligent, supportive, and dedicated.

Yayen has taken my calls and answered my texts at odd hours. And I can be a real pain (illness always makes me slightly paranoid)! If unavailable, she gets back to me ASAP.

Yayen is also extremely knowledgeable about homeopathy, and she is incredibly thorough with her intake questions and in all of her follow-up. She is patient, and she has a way of making me feel safe and taken care of as soon as I relate what's going on.
